The cause was pneumonia, according to Richard Berham:
1. The bacteria pneumococcus, streptococcus hemolyticus, Hemophilus influenza, and
mycrobacterium tuberculosis.
2. Virus
Respiratory syncytial virus, influenza virus, adenovirus.
3. Mushrooms
Histoplasma capsulatum, crypbococcus, aspersillus species.
4. Aspiration
Food, karosen (gasoline, kerosene), liquid ammonia and foreign bodies.
